Builders 60 Hour Course
- This course is the State approved Residential Builders Licensure. You will learn all seven disciplines (42 hours of instruction) in addition to electives (18 hours of instruction) to fulfill the 60 hour State requirement.
- You will receive the application forms and information needed regarding the Residential Builders exam.

- This review course (18 hours of instruction) is for those who have completed the 60 hour course and received your completion certificate, but still have questions or reservations about taking the State Residential Builders exam.

How to Build Your Own Home (18 Hour Course)
- Learn the home building process from start to finish. A licensed and experienced instructor will take you through each stage of the planning and construction process. We also teach you how to negotiate with a trade contractor for the best price and quality of the services they should provide to you. We’ll discuss contracts, building codes and permits; the basics of buying property and home loan financing.

Basement Remodeling (8 Hour Course)
- Expand and add valuable space to your home by remodeling your basement. A licensed and experienced instructor will teach you about all facets of basement remodeling. You will learn the basics of home construction, the planning process, estimating cost of materials, and finishing techniques. We’ll also discuss building codes.
- Bring a copy of your floor plan and the instructor will discuss your design options and how to work with sub contractors.

Business Plan Development (8 Hour Course)
- If you are planning on starting a new business, this class is a must! Six out out of ten new businesses fail within three years. Learn from the experts how to avoid common mistakes and maximize your chance for success!
- With this class, you get the help you need to start and maintain your own business. This seminar is designed to assist you on how to identify and prioritize your day to day business operations to be more successful.
